When will my order be shipped out?

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our production time is 2 business days. Orders are packaged and handed to the shipping courier on the next business day.

Then, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days (could be less or more depending on the country).

You will be notified by email once your order is fulfilled and shipped and you will receive a tracking number and link to be able to track your order.

If you ordered and did not receive an email from us yet, this means your order is still in the production process.

FOR ORDERS IN JORDAN

Our production time is 2 business days. Orders are then handed to the delivery company and fulfilled/delivered on the next business day.

FOR ORDERS IN LEBANON

Our production time is 5 business days.

Orders are then handed to the delivery company and fulfilled/delivered within 1-5 business days depending on the area. (If you are within Greater Beirut, delivery is faster).

My order is damaged, what do I do?

Please send us a message via the chat button or the Contact Us page describing the damage and include a photo of the product clearly showing the damage.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order (counted from the hour shown on the shipment tracking link).

In the very rare case that you do receive a damaged item, we would offer a replacement.

What is your return policy?

All orders are personalized, therefore they are final sale. Please be sure of this before placing your order.

If you received a wrong order / incorrect details, please send us a message via the chat button or the Contact Us page describing the issue and include a photo of the product clearly showing the issue.

Can I make changes to the customization of my product after ordering?

Please send us a message via the chat button or the Contact Us page describing the changes requested. In the case that your product has not been produced yet, we would gladly conduct the changes as requested.

Changes to your custom order are not guaranteed.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in an envelope.

In the case that you chose Gift Packaging add-on for your product, it would be packaged accordingly and placed in an envelope.

Please note that gift packaging is only available for orders to be delivered in Jordan and Lebanon.

What payment methods do you accept?

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We accept credit/debit card as well as PayPal.
Kindly note that cash on delivery is not accepted.

FOR JORDAN & LEBANON DELIVERIES

We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit card as well as PayPal.

Incase you would like to pay online and both methods mentioned above do not suit you, please send us a message via the chat button or the Contact Us page and we will assist you further on alternative online payment methods.
